South Indian traditional adai recipe. Adai is Tamil style multigrain / multidal dosa. This is an instant recipe without the need for fermentation. Adai dosa is typically served with aviyal / coconut chutney / ginger chutney / powdered jaggery / soft butter. Traditionally only adai dosa is widely prepared with this adai batter. I have gone a step further in preparing idli's out of this adai batter. I have shown how to prepare instant adai idli with the addition of eno salt. The result is a super soft fluffy adai idli. A must try! You won't believe you have prepared adai idli without fermentation!
