SOY GARLIC CHICKEN FEET RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1.8 lbs chicken feet
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp flour + 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice (or calamansi extract)
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp honey (you can use brown sugar instead)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp water
