A woman who has given up on romance unexpectedly finds love with her dog’s new veterinarian.

Frankie (Samantha Cope) has given up on guys and gone all-in on “dog mom” life. When she and her adoptive dog, Tucker, cross paths with Jack (Joey Lawrence) and his dog, Dakota, sparks—and tensions—run high. Even more twists of fate ensue as Jack ends up becoming Frankie’s dog’s veterinarian. On top of that, Frankie works for the local paper as a wedding announcement writer, which leads her back to Jack when she gets her latest assignment: Jack’s upcoming wedding to his childhood sweetheart! With the guidance of their best friends—both canine and human—Frankie and Jack stumble their way toward finding and pursuing true love.
