Spencer arrives home to find that Toby is back from London. Toby tells her that even though Melissa claimed that she rushed back to Rosewood after meeting Toby in London, it never happened. Toby reveals that when he arrived at Melissaβs place, Wren answered and said that Melissa was no longer in London.
Back in Rosewood with the events of New York behind them, the Liars feel unsettled to still be living under a cloud of secrets. Aria is haunted by the recent past events, while Emily, Hanna and Spencer try to wrap their head around the new normal. Alison, on the other hand, is still sleeping with one eye open as she is forced to stay at home with her family β who she doesn't trust.
