To make the Chief Lapu Lapu: -------------------------------------- 3oz fresh orange juice 2oz fresh lemon juice 1oz simple syrup 1oz passion fruit syrup 1 1/2oz dark Jamaican rum 1 1/2oz light rum -------------------------------------- Shake well with small ice cubes. Pour into a snifter. Fill the rest of the way with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a vintage cocktail umbrella.
