When Jessie gets her first big break landing a role on a TV show that films in Hawaii, she and the kids decide to spend the holidays at the Rosss family Hawaiian villa! The kids quickly become friends with the boys of the family renting the villa next door, Joey and Parker Rooney (from Liv and Maddie), but their mischievous ways lead to disastrous circumstances. Meanwhile, Jessies friend and famous actress Shaylee accidentally steals her TV debut, causing Jessie to question if she should continue to follow her acting dream.
